After participating in Pitch In day earlier this month, students in our class started to notice that there is a lot of garbage on our school yard..especially in the "big kid" area. Before going out for Outdoor Learning, students started asking if we could take a bag to pick up any litter we might find while we were outside. Each day we'd find more litter and the class really started to get frustrated with the big kids; they couldn't figure out why they littered so much!
We decided to make a video to share our feelings about the Earth and shared it at the assembly on Monday.
