Our original plan for Friday was to do some painting, but because it was a beautiful, sunny day, we decided to take our paint outside and spend some time in the sun.
First we tried to paint on the snow, but quickly realized that it wouldn't work; the snow was too soft, it stuck to the brush, turning clumpy. We then found a large patch of ice that worked perfectly, the paint went on it just as it would on paper. Using only primary colours (red, blue, and yellow), we experimented with colour mixing and created some beautiful art.
